Use Of Play/Pause

Play/Pause helps you track movies, TV shows, episodes, ratings, and personal and shared watchlists. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you add to your account.

Media Metadata

Movie and TV metadata may be provided by third-party sources such as TMDB. Metadata can be incomplete, delayed, or changed by those sources.

Imports

Import features depend on the structure and quality of exported source data. Play/Pause may not be able to resolve every imported show, movie, rating, watch event, or list item automatically.

Availability

Play/Pause may change as features are added, updated, or removed. We aim to keep your private tracking data exportable where practical.

Subscriptions

Play/Pause Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the app after a one-week free trial. It is offered on two plans: $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Prices are charged in your local currency and may vary by region; the exact price and currency are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm.

Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple Account is charged for the plan you selected. Each subscription then renews automatically at the end of every billing period (monthly or yearly) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Use (EULA); any refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.
